What is the renewal kit?

The renewal kit is a less expensive option to get the most frequently purchased parts at a discounted price. The kit starts with a brand new, updated firebox. This firebox is not only stronger but also features the updated design without the coal grate supports and includes the locking slots to fit the new style hoods. Included in the kit is a new ignitor, lead wire, and collector box with electrode. Next you will get a new stainless steel heat baffle that dissipates the heat from warping the firebox and drip pan while providing better air flow to the burners for a more efficient flame. A full set of stainless steel burners and flash tubes compliment the new firebox. With our continuous improvement program, the coal grates and lava rock have been removed and have been replaced by more efficient and better working flavor enhancers. Finally, you will get a set of the new round rod style stainless steel cooking grates.
